'The Turtle and the Monkey'

I've made my De Anza College student film, The Turtle and the Monkey, available to watch on vimeo and Youtube.
The film is an adaptation of a well-known (?) Filipino folk tale about a hungry turtle, a hungry monkey, a lone banana tree, and the wacky and violent hijinks that ensue. Outside of the premise, I've deviated quite a bit from the original story so give it a look, even if you're already familiar with it.

one of the dA groups you submitted something to lately and the biggest and most active fighting game related group here on dA as well.
We have an art contest ongoing about everything Capcom with the exception of Street Fighter and Darkstalkers since everyone and his mother drew Ryu, Chun Li or Morrigan already and we like to give other not so popular games from them like Rival Schools, Star Gladiator and all their beat'em ups some spotlight!
The contest goes on till the 28th Februar 2014 and just started, 5 artists can win prizes ranging from 1 to 12 month dA premium accounts for all informations and questions, take a look at the journal about it. The winners submissions will also be featured in a special journal there.
Thought i send you this message since you are an active member of the group and beside that i liked your submissions and hoped this contest could be interesting for you.

Capcom Series Art Contest! (Jan-Feb 2014!)This year it was all about the Samurai Shodown fighting games during Januar-Februar, in 2014 it is going to be a Capcom Celebration Contest of their many Fighting Games and Beat'em Ups with the EXCEPTION of Street Fighter and Darkstalkers since both of these series have a ton of fan art already and we try to get those other games and characters in the spotlight on FGE!
The Prizes are
25€ (around 30$) OR a 12 Month deviantART Premium Account for the 1st Prize
10€ (around 13$) OR 3 Month deviantART Premium Memberships for the 2nd and 3rd winners
1 Month dA Premium Memberships for the 4th and 5th winners
